Armored Garage Door Solutions is a veteran-owned garage door repair and installation company based in Franklinton, NC 27525. This policy covers this website (armoredgaragedoorraleigh.com) and the information you give us when you call, text, email or book.

What we collect

• When you call, text or email us: your name, phone number, address, and details about your door, so we can give you a price and do the work.
• The booking form on this website: the form writes up your request on your own device and opens your text messaging or email app so you can send it to us. The website does not store or transmit what you type. We receive it only when you press Send.
• Online scheduling: our online calendar is run by Housecall Pro, which handles that information under its own privacy policy.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, for example how many people tap “Call.” It uses cookies and collects device and browser type, approximate location and pages viewed. It does not give us your name. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies.
• Saved choices: the Door Designer and Door Doctor remember your selections in your browser’s local storage. That stays on your device.
• Server logs: our website host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To answer your call or message, schedule and confirm visits, give quotes, do the work, send invoices and receipts, handle warranty follow-ups, and occasionally ask how we did. We also use anonymous website statistics to improve this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (scheduling and invoicing, payment processing, phone and text service, website hosting and analytics), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.

Text messages

We text you only about your request, appointment or job. If you would rather we did not text you, just tell us and we will call or email instead.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them for the work, warranties, and our tax and business records, and then delete them.
